Something about me

One of my favourite hobbies is going to the mountains. Hiking uphill gives me fresh air and the chance to disconnect from work, focusing only on the physical effort it’s something that really help me to disconnect from the world. Over the years, I’ve also taken up road biking, a hobby I discovered while living in Switzerland, and I enjoy skiing whenever I get the chance.

In my daily life, I can never say no to a drink and a good conversation with friends. I’m a big fan of fantasy books, one of my last read is the saga of “The Stormlight Archive”. I also have a passion for plants and cooking, inherited from my mother, who has taught me the beauty of seeing a plant grow.

I became an ecologist not only by professional choice but also by lifestyle. I try to buy locally and sustainably, and I am mostly vegetarian, except when I visit my Castellano-Manchega mum. I could, of course, prepare my own food, but I prefer to go with the flow. I consider myself an honest, generous, direct, and fair person, although, of course, this should be confirmed by my friends and family :-).
